摘要
自然资源是人类社会生存与发展最基本的物质与能量.人类对自然资源的认识和关注程度是随着自然资源的日渐紧缺及生态环境的日渐恶化而不断增强的.本文探讨了界定自然资源概念的时代背景和现实意义;分析了不同学科对自然资源的定义,提出自然资源的定义应从不同维度(时间维、空间维)及价值角度(物质性价值、生态环境价值)来认识的观点.指出自然资源的定义是有条件的、相对的、动态的.自然资源概念的界定,为人们从事自然资源的开发等实践活动提供理论依据.
The natural resource is the most basic material and energy foundation for the human society＇s survival and development. All the human society pays more attention to the natural resources along with the natural resource＇s shortage and the ecological environment＇s worsening. This article has discussed the background and the significance of natural resource＇s concept and has analyzed the different natural resource＇s definitions in different academic fields. It has proposed that natural resource＇s concept should be understood from the different dimensions （ such as time , space and value）. It has pointed out that the definition of the natural resource is conditional, relative, dynamic. This article also presents the new comprehension of the generally recognized definition of the modern natural resources , which would provide the theory basis for people＇s engaging in natural resource practice and development.
