摘要
在分析我国信息资源共享存在问题的基础上,运用信息不对称理论,从信息不对称分布的必然性、利益分配机制、信息"马太效应"、社会分工、人为因素、信息能力、技术因素和知识产权保护等方面系统研究了我国信息资源共享障碍的形成原因。
This paper analyzed the problems of information resources sharing in China. Based on the inform tion asymmetry theory, the paper researched the genesises of obstacles about information resources sharing from asymmetric distribution of information, interest distribution mechanisms, ＂Matthew Effect＂ of information, the social division of labor, human factors, information technical factors, intellectual property protection, language information, and other aspects.
