摘要
本文论述了21世纪的图书馆应该树立包括团队精神、创新精神和奉献精神在内的图书馆精神,并认为图书馆应该从图书馆的员工形象、服务形象、环境形象以及导入CIS系统入手来塑造起图书馆的形象。
This paper discussed the core spirit of library in 21st century, including team spirit, innovative spirit and devotion spirit. It also expounded that the image construction should start with the staff image, service image, environment image, as well as introducing CIS system.
