摘要 SLG结构简练,是一种清洁生产、节能降耗、高得率、投资省的先进设备,成浆质量好SLG一机多能可减化流程,节省投资;使用原料广泛。目前SLG存在的主要问题是产量偏低,根本原因在结构。若保留SLG先进的制浆原理,参考高浓盘磨结构,研制粗螺旋、短轴、高转速、大功率的SLG,其产量可望实现大型化。 SLG is an advanced equipment simple in structure, clean in production, lower in consumption, high in yield and low in investment. The finished pulp produced is superior in quality. The multifunction of SLG makes the process simpler so investment is reduced. SLG is multi-purpose equipment with extensive raw materials. The main problem of SLG now is low production capacity resulted from its structure. If SLG with thick screw, short shaft, high rotary speed and high power is developed with the advanced pulping mechanism of SLG retained and referring to the structure of high-consistency disc refiner, it's output can be maximized.
