白腐菌Trametes versicolor漆酶的分离纯化及其预处理对麦草蒸煮性能和物理性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了白腐菌Trametes versicolor漆酶的分离纯化,利用漆酶在蒸煮前对原料进行预处理,研究漆酶预处理对麦草蒸煮性能和成浆物理性能的影响。结果表明:预处理最适条件为pH值5.0,温度40℃,液比∶l6,时间4h,酶用量30IU/g。在上述适宜条件下预处理后浆料得率提高5.46个百分点,Kappa值下降了3.9;裂断长、撕裂指数和白度分别提高25.55%、43.71%、4.6%SBD。 The white-rot fungus Trametes versicolor purification of laccase was introduced in this paper. The effect of laccase pretreatment on pulpability and physical properties of wheat straw were studied by using laccase to pretreat before cooking. The results indicated that the optimum conditions of pretreatment were pH 5.0, temperature 40℃, liquor ratio 1:6, pretreatment time 4 h, enzyme dosage 30lU/g. Under above mentioned suitable conditions, the pulp yield of straw pretreated with laccase increased by 5.46 points and the Kappa number dropped by 3.9; the breaking length, tearing index increased by 25.55%, 43.91% respectively; the brightness increased by 4.6 points.
