摘要
采用固相法向石墨中掺杂VB,并研究了原料硼化钒掺杂量、焙烧温度和焙烧时间对复合材料电化学性能的影响。通过正交实验确定复合材料掺杂的最佳工艺为:掺杂VB量为9%、焙烧温度1 200℃、焙烧时间3 h。经实验验证,优化后的合成工艺有利于提高锂离子电池负极材料的电化学性能。
VB is doped into graphite with solid-phase method. Study is made of the effect of VB dosage, roasting temperature and duration on the electrochemical property of the composite material. The following optimum technological parameters were developed as follows through orthogonal experiment: VB dosage 9%, the roasting temperature 1 200 ℃, roasting duration 3 h. The test results prove that the optimized synthesis technology is good for improvement of electrochemical property of lithium ion battery cathode material.
