摘要
通过对中小企业技术创新困境的分析,研究了构建虚拟人才研究室的必要性与可行性,并从虚拟人才研究室的基本形式、运行机制等方面,提出了如何构建虚拟人才研究室,以促进企业的技术创新。
Based on the analysis of the dilemma of mid-small enterprises, the paper studies the necessity and feasibility of constructing virtual talent research laboratory,and puts forward how to establish the virtual talent research laboratory to promote technology innovation from the basic form, operational mechanisms and other aspects of the virtual laboratory.
