摘要
初步探讨了将以化学合成方法得到的溴化DMPT晶体添加到配合饲料中对慈鲷科热带鱼非洲王子(Labidochromis caeruleus)的诱食作用及生长的影响。10周的喂养试验表明,饲料中添加0.1 g/kg溴化DMPT,对慈鲷有良好的诱食作用;添加0.2 g/kg可使慈鲷幼鱼的增重率达到对照组的1.8倍,饵料系数下降26.4%,同时有助于改善鱼的体质,缓和应激。
DMPT （Dimethyl-β-Propiothetin） is a kind of tertiarly sulfonium compounds. It＇s a new type of feeding attractant for fishes and shrimps. In the present paper, DMPT bromide was synthesized and purified, and was added to the diet ofLabidochromis caeruleus . The 10-week experiments proved that 0.1 g/kg DMPT bromide in diet could promote feeding motion of the fish, while 0.2 g/kg DMPT bromide in diet made the body weight increase reached 1.8-fold of the contrast group, the feed conversion rate droped 26.4%. Meanwhile, DMPT can improve the physique of the fish and enhance the resistance of the fish to the harmful circumstances.
