摘要
活塞、活塞环、缸套所组成的摩擦学系统对内燃机的寿命及效率起着重要的影响.基于活塞的运动方程,并与流体润滑理论相结合,研究了活塞系统结构参数的变化对活塞系统二阶运动的影响以及由此而引起的活塞环—缸套润滑特性的变化,并探讨了活塞系统摩擦功耗的组成。
The tribophysical system of piston,piston ring,cylinder wall has an important in- fluence over the engine's life and efficiency.Based on dynamic equation of piston assembly in conjunction with lubrication theory of piston skirt-cylinder wall,the variation of piston structure on secodary motion of piston assembly and lubrication property of piston ring-cylinder wall is studied.The friction power loss of piston assembly is also investigated.
