摘要
劳资关系的稳定、和谐,不仅关系到企业发展,还关系到社会的和谐。随着民营经济的进一步发展,民营企业劳资关系中的问题和矛盾日益突出。调整好劳资关系,需要包括政府、企业和劳动者在内的诸多主体发挥各自作用,共同努力,借助新的劳动合同法的实施,综合运用各种手段,促进民营企业的劳动关系不断和谐,进而促进社会和谐。
