摘要
利用螺旋理论^（[1]）分析了螺旋规律、Beecham的内酯规则和Mils规则，它们都与螺旋理论是一致的，根据螺旋理论的观点解释了这些经验规律和规则不能解释的问题，并指出了其出现例外的原因。
The helix rules, Beecham's Lactone rule and Mills rule are analyzed by using the helix theory. It shows that they are consistent with the helix theory. The helix theory can explain some problems there empirical rules can not explain.
