摘要
分析了电铲斗齿早期断裂的原因，并从冶炼、浇注、热处理等方面确定了提高斗齿质量的工艺方法和措施，使铸件质量得到了提高。
This paper has analyzed the reasons of power shovel boot-teeth′s early period breakdown,the methods and ways are given from melting,pouring,heat-treating and so on,the casting quality is then improved,and they greatly prolong the durability of boot-teeth.
