摘要
以暗褐蝈螽成体为研究对象，采用Ｓｐｕｒ’ｓ包埋法对其鼓膜器官做连续半薄切片并进行详细镜检分析．此外，还对鼓膜器官外观做了扫描电镜观察．详细报道了暗褐蝈螽鼓膜器官的形态学特征，并比较了与其它螽斯的不同．
The serial sections of the tympanal organs of adult bushcricket Gampsocleis sedakovii were made with Spurr's embedding method and studied carefully.In addition,the outer morphology of the organs was observed with scanning-electronic microscope.The characteristics of the organ were reported and comparised to other bushcrickets.
