摘要
教育公平,是逐渐消除城乡二元结构、维系国家长治久安、实现社会公平的基础。推进教育的公平,是缩小不同群体之间人力资本存量差距的根本途径。作者从不同的社会形态探讨了教育公平推进的历程状态,从人本向度和人力资本存量向度阐述了教育公平的人文本体基本价值趋向。同时,分析了高等职业教育发展过程中教育公平实然与应然的背离,提出了以科学发展观为指导,调整教育政策取向,以制度创新建构有力政策联系与和谐文明校园环境等措施,积极全面推进教育公平的实现。
Education equity is the basis to gradually eliminate duality-structure of city and countryside, to sustain nation stability, and to realize social equity. To propel education equity is the key approach to narrowing the gap of labor resources of different social groups. With different social formations, discussion about the process of education equity and elaboration on the tendency of human-oriented are made from the aspects of labor and human resources. Meanwhile, analysis is also made of the deviation of current situation of education equity and what should be done about education equity. It is put forward that effective measures, such as scientific guidance, adjustment of educational policies and harmonious circumstances of campus, can advance the realization of education equity.
