摘要
本文合成了新显色剂2,4-二甲基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯,研究了该试剂与镉的显色反应.在非离子表面活性剂OP-10存在下,于pH11.5的硼砂一氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,新试剂与钢生成2:1的稳定的红色配和物,其配合物的最大吸收波长位于530um处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.29×105L·mol-1·cm-1,镉量在0-10μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律.用本法测定了标准水样及铝合金标样中的微量钢,获得满意结果.
Synthesis of a new triazene reagent 2,4 - dimethylbenzenediazoaminoazobenzene and itscolor reaction with cadmium have been reported.In the prearee of nonionic OP-10 andat pH 11.5 borax buffer solution,the reagen reats with cadmium to form a stable red complex with amolar ratio of 2:1.The maxium wavelength of the complex Is at 530nm and molar absorptivity isfound to be 1.29×105L.mor-1.cm-1 Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-10μg Cd(II) in 25ml ofsolition.The method has been applied to deermination of trace cadminum in standar water sampleand alumium alloy with satisfactory results.
