摘要
通过在邯钢三炼钢厂100t复吹转炉上对不同底吹模式钢液氮含量的试验,研究了转炉工序对氮的控制水平。当底吹供气强度不大于0.04m^3/(t·min)时,转炉炉后钢包钢水含氮量可控制在(2.5~4.0)×10^-5,冶炼氮含量不要求小于7.0×10^-5的钢种时可采用全程底吹氮气模式。
The nitrogen control in converter is studied through tests for nitrogen content under different bottom - blowing model in 100 - ton complex blowing converter of No. 3 Steelworks. The nitrogen content in smelting steel in ladle after converter can be controlled within (2.5 -4.0) × 10^-5 when bottom- blowing air strength is not larger than 0.04 m^3/( t · min), and whole - course nitrogen bottom - blowing can be used for steel which do not demand smelting nitrogen content smaller than 7.0 × 10^-5.
