摘要
基于VERICUT软件对数控铣齿机的构建以及加工过程的仿真进行了探讨。应用该软件的Component Tree功能建立运动学模型,使用Machine Simulation模块构建数控铣齿机仿真模型,通过AUTO-DIFF模块与设计模型进行比较并运行干涉检查,实现了铣削齿轮加工过程的仿真与分析,为实际加工齿轮提供可靠的依据。
The whole process of gear milling machine tool modeling and machining simulation based on VERICUT was discussed. Component tree function of this software was applied to build the kinematical model of NC machine. Machine Simulation model was used to build the NC machine model. AUTO-DIFF model was compared with design model and collision detect was made, which accomplished the simulation and analysis of the gear machining.
