摘要
采用Pb-PbO2阳极,常温下电解含有硫酸铵的酸性硫酸锰电解液,电生氧化媒质Mn3+,进而在PTC存在下氧化对二甲苯为P—甲基苯甲醛.探讨了制备电生氧化媒质的优选条件,以及不同的PTC及氧化反应温度对P—甲基苯甲醛产率的影响.还原后的Mn2+电解液可以返回电解槽电解再生,实现了循环使用.
This paper reported that the acid manganese sulfate in electrolyte containing ammonium sulfate was electrooxidated on Pb—PbO 2 anode at ordinary temperature to generate Mn 3+ ,and Mn 3+ oxidated p-xylene to producting p-toluic aldehyde in existence of PTC.It was researched that optimal condition of ganerating Mn 3+ ,and the difference PTC and temperature of oxidation reaction in fluencing product yield of p-toluic aldehyde. The generated Mn 2+ electrolyte in process of oxidate reaction to preparating.p-toluic aldehyde can be electrolyzed to regenerate Mn 3+ and used cyclely.
