摘要
DDSTM制浆工艺技术尽可能地利用蒸煮过程产生的黑液,从而达到环保、节能、降耗的目的。结合湘江纸业的实践经验,本文就间歇蒸煮技术发展进行简述,并重点介绍了DDSTM置换蒸煮工艺特点及其优越性。
DDS^TM pulping technology can utilize as much as possible black liquor generated from the cooking process so as to meet the needs of environment protection, energy conservation and consumption reduction. With reference to the practice of Xiangjiang Paper, the paper summarized technological development of batch cooking and introduced the characteristics of DDS^TM substitution cooking technology and its superiority.
