N,N-二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼减摩剂的抗磨性 被引量:7

Studies on Anti-Wear Performance of Molybdenum N, N-Dialkyldithiocarbamates and Lubricating Mechanism

摘要 合成7种具有不同烷基的二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC),并以红外、紫外、质谱和元素分析方法给予分析鉴定。用四球试验机考察抗磨性能,结果说明,N,N-二(十二烷基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼和N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼的抗磨性能最为优越,在500SN中性油中加入0.3%(wt)时,钢球磨斑直径d^(40)_(30)=0.42,并且和内燃机油所使用的各种清净分散剂都有较好的配伍性能。用俄歇电子能谱分析了MoDTC的抗磨机理。 The Molybdenum N,N-dialkyldithiocarbamatcs (MoDTC), involving seven different alkyl groups, have been synthesized and characterised by elemental analyses, mass spectra, infrared and UV-vis spectral studies. The results obtained from Four-Ball test demonstrated that the anti-wear ablitity of Molybdenum N, N-didodecyldithiocarbamate and Molybdenum N, N-di (2-ethylhexyl)dithiocarbamate were better than others. Adding about 0.3%(wt) of these compounds into 500SN base oil, the Four-Ball wear scar diam. (d_(30)^(40)) was determined to be 0.42. The MoDTC were found to impose better mixing acting on the detergentdispersant additives employed in engine oil. Auger Electron Spectroscopy was used to study the reaction layers formed under Four-Ball conditions in the presence of MoDTC to determine the wear prevention mechanism of MoDTC.
