腕关节生物力学有限元分析研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 传统实验生物力学方法存在创伤性及可重复性和可比性差等缺点,在复杂关节的生物力学研究中逐渐体现出局限性和不足。有限元分析方法可无创伤地对极其复杂的构件结构、形状、载荷和材料力学性能进行重建和力学分析,已越来越多地应用于组织众多、结构复杂的关节如腕关节的力学研究,成为与实验互动的仿真技术。该文就腕关节生物力学有限元分析研究作一综述。
