苯在V_2O_5催化剂上氧化反应的瞬态响应和振荡特性 被引量:1

摘要 在空速4900h^(-1)、温度400℃条件下,采用瞬态响应法研究了文题内容,表明苯氧化反应遵循气相苯与吸附氧生成中间产物,继而再氧化生成顺酐的机理。对苯催化氧化系统,采用浓度振荡可以提高顺酐的选择性,且不规则方波振荡可以达到比规则方波振荡更佳的效果。实验结果在单管试验中得到了验证,根据瞬态响应曲线,可以选择振荡周期。当振荡周期τ_1=40s,τ_2=20s时,单管反应器的顺酐收率比定态结果高5%。 By combining transient response experiment with forced concentration oscillation, the reaction behavior of benzene oxidation on the catalyst V_2O_5 can be determined. Product enhancement is observed during this periodic operation. The mechanism of catalytic reaction can be explained and the behavior of concentration oscillation during this reaction process is determined. The relation between oscillation period and response behavior has also been studied with two different period forms, viz, regular and non-regular square waves.
