摘要
在矿山环境问题分类研究的基础上,文章分析了矿山环境问题与环境效应的因果对应关系及各类矿山环境问题的环境效应,将矿山环境问题所诱发的环境效应划分为占用与破坏土地资源、水资源损毁、矿山次生地质灾害以及自然景观与生态破坏四大类,并依据其影响程度对各类环境效应进行了量化等级划分,对应不同的影响程度将环境效应分为强烈、严重、中等、弱四个等级,为矿山环境调查、评价、修复治理、信息系统建设和科学管理等提供了重要科学依据。
On the basis of the classification of environment problems in mines, this paper analyzed the correspondent relationship between environmental problems in mines and their environmental effects. The environmental effects of all kinds of environmental problems in mines are also examined. Environmental effects corresponding to environmental problems in mines are grouped into four types: land occupancy and damage, hydraulic system unbalance, geo-hazards and natural landscape damage. On the basis of the influence circle, each type of environmental problems in mines is quantified and graded. According to the influence degree, environmental effects are classified to four grads: very severity, severity, medium and low. The classification provides a base for environment administration in mines.
