摘要
根据竹浆纤维和棉纤维的结构和性能特点,对竹棉混纺宽幅织物进行工艺设计,设计过程中尽可能选取企业普遍使用的一些传统设备,在保证产品质量和生产稳定的前提下,提高竹浆纤维织物生产的可行性,从而降低成本,提高产品质量。
On the basis of the properties and structure of bamboo fiber and cotton fiber, craft design of wide width cotton - bamboo blended fabric is made with the use of as many widely used traditional equipments as possible to increase the feasibility of producing bamboo fabric, and to reduce the cost and raise product quality on the premise of assuring product quality and the production stabilization.
