摘要
通过多次实验对比,制定出了双组分弹性面料的最佳织造、染整工艺,特别针对弹性面料张力问题进行了系列实验,保证生产过程中张力均匀,同时为提高产品色牢度,选用进口UN/SE分散染料系列,最终确保新面料具有舒适弹性、手感滑糯、吸湿透气、悬垂性好等特点。
Based on numbers of contrast experiments, a best technology of weaving and dyeing and finishing for bi - component polyester elastic face fabric is worked out. Especially for keeping a constant fabric tension in its processing, series of experiments have been done. And high color fastness is to be guaranteed by use of imported UN/SE disperse dyes. The made face fabric is of comfortable elasticity, slide handle, breathing freely and better drape.
