摘要
对棕棉/白棉混纺纱线中纤维的定量分析方法做了研究。选用FeC l3对9种不同棕棉含量的混纺纱线进行处理,将处理后的纱线在显微镜下观察并计算棕棉和白棉纤维根数,测量两种纤维的直径和密度,计算棕棉纤维含量,利用回归分析处理实验数据,得出了棕棉混纺产品中棕棉纤维的含量。
In this paper quantitative analysis method of fiber content in brown cotton and white cotton blended yarn has been studyed. Nine different blended yarns containing brown cotton were processed by FeCl3. The processed yarn was observed under microscope to calculate the number of brown cotton fiber and white cotton fiber. Through measuring the fiber diameter and the fiber density of the two fibers the brown cotton fiber content was calculated. The experimental data were further processed through regression analysis to have gained the content of the brown cotton fiber in brown cotton blended product.
