摘要
介绍了开清棉机上采用的异性纤维在线数字图像识别和去除装置,比较了不同装置、不同位置时异性纤维自动检测清除系统的特点,提出了检测清除系统的去除条件与表征指标。建议不断完善性能表征指标,通过检测实验比较,逐渐提高检测装置水平。
This paper mainly introduces online digital image recognition and removal device of foreign fibers in opening and scutching machines. Performances of different devices of foreign fiber automatic detection and removal systems in different positions have been com- pared with removal conditions and performance index put forward. A suggestion of constant improving performance index and contrast test and experiment to gradually raise the testing level is also given.
