摘要
利用螺旋试样和ZQS-2000型双试棒合金热裂线收缩仪分别测定了不同硼含量超高锰钢的流动性和线收缩率.结果显示:随着硼的质量分数由0增加到0.006%,钢液的流动性由573mm降低到347mm,降低了39.4%;线收缩率先升高后降低,在2.10%~2.36%之间变化;一次结晶组织晶粒变得粗大.
The fluidity and linear contraction rate of super-high manganese steels with trace boron have been measured with spiral samples and ZQS-2000 double samples instrument of the alloy heat check and line contracts. The result shows that the fluidity gradually decreases from 573 mm to 347 mm with the boron content adding from 0 to 0. 006% , decrement being 39. 4% ; the linear contraction firstly increases then decreases, varying between 2. 10% - 2. 36% ; the first crystal structure become coarse.
