摘要 本文建立了玻璃池窑保温层传热过程的两维稳态数学模型,用Fortran语言编制了计算机程序,在Burroughs-6900计算机上进行计算,得到了保温层内的温度场和热流量,并用现场实测结果予以验证。本文进一步提出了保温层的优化标准和优化方法,编制了优化程序,运用电子计算机进行保温层的优化设计,可得到不同情况下的优化方案。 Two dimensional stable mathematical model for heat transfer in the thermal insulation of glass tank furnace is set up and FORTRAN program is given. With Burroughs 6900 computer, the temperature field of the thermal insulation layer and heat loss obtained, and proved by the on-the-spot test.Based on this work, the standard and approach in optimization in thermal insulation layer are proposed and programmed. The optimized design with computers in thermal insulation layer may result in many optimized designs for different conditions.
