摘要
结合我国商业物业的实际情况,基于供应链理论,对商业地产市场定位评价指标进行了寻找、归纳和分类,构建了商业地产市场定位评价指标体系。针对目前我国开发商对商业物业市场定位研究的需求,提出一个循序定位与最终评价相结合的思路,既为开发商在市场定位过程中提供参考,又有利于其在决策后进行评价和对方案进行修正。
According to the reality of our commercial real estate and supply chain theory, this thesis searches, inducts and classifies to the market orientation evaluation index of commercial real estate, and builds up the system of evaluation index. Aiming at research necessity of the commercial real estate market orientation, this thesis suggests an idea of combining sequential orientation and final evaluation. It is not only convenient for the developers to consult during the market orientation but also easier to evaluate and modify the scheme after the decision.
