摘要
对34份棉花材料的抗红铃虫性进行了鉴定,结果为:Bt棉原材料基本未受红铃虫为害,属免疫类型;抗虫级材料有4个;中抗级材料16个;感虫级材料11个;高感材料2个。用标准子害率(对照子害率与平均子害率之和的平均值),进行棉花抗性分级有可能提高结果的准确性、稳定性和重演性。
Thirty four cotton lines were used to identify the resistance to pink boll worm (PBW). In these accessions, the Bt transgenic material was nearly immune to PBW, 4 were resistant to PBW, 16 were medium resistant, 11 were susceptible, 2 were highly susceptible. During the selection for cotton materials resistant to PBW, We derive a standard seed damage percentage(K) from the seed damage percentage of the control(X CK ) and that of the average of the whole experiment (X) according to the formulation K=(X CK +X)/2. The results would be more accurate and stable if using the standard seed damage percentage instead of using X CK or X respectively.
