电针对戊四唑点燃型癫痫大鼠海马内NO-cGMP信息通路的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨戊四唑(PTZ)点燃型癫痫大鼠海马结构内NO-cGMP信息通路的变化及针刺对此通路的影响。方法:成年SD大鼠60只随机分为6组,采用放射免疫法测定PTZ点燃型癫痫发作后各组大鼠海马结构内cGMP含量。结果:PTZ注射引起大鼠海马结构内cGMP浓度升高,于注射PTZ前30分钟给予L-Arg、L-NAME则cGMP浓度升高被加强或抑制;注射PTZ前30分钟给针刺则cGMP浓度降低,而针刺同时给予L-Arg则cGMP浓度变化不明显。结论:大鼠海马结构内NO-cGMP信息通路参与PTZ点燃型癫痫发作过程,针刺抗癫痫作用与海马结构内NO-cGMP信息通路有某种联系。 Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on NO-cGMP messenger pathway in hippocampal formation of rats with epilepsy induced by pentylenetetrazol and discuss the mechanism.Methods:60 rats were divided into six groups: normal,model(pentylenetetrazol), L-arginine(L-Arg),L-niteo-arginine methyl ester(L-NAME),pentylenetetrazol and electroacupuncture+L-Arg groups,the cGMP concentrations in hippocampal formation of each group rats at different stages during epilepsy were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results:The cGMP concentrations in hippocampal formation of pentylenetetrazol-induceed epilepsy rats were higher obviously than that in normal,the cGMP concentrations in hippocampal formation were regulated by intra-abdomonal injecting LArg or L-NAME before injecting pentylenetetrazol,electroacupuncture could lower the cGMP concentrations in rats' hippocampal formation,electroacupuncture+L-Arg had no significant effects on the cGMP concentrations in rats' hippocampal formation.Conclusion:The NO-cGMP messenger pathway in hippocampal formation is related to seisure of rats induced by pentylenetetrazol,the antiseizure action of electroacupuncture maybe related to the NO-cGMP messenger pathway.
