摘要
经济全球化时代的到来,既为消费者利益的实现带来了诸多机遇,也使消费者权益保护的法律实践面临新的挑战。在经济全球化这一背景下,消费者权益保护法呈现出了新的发展趋势,我们对此必须予以注意,并在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上,结合我国消费者权益保护的实践,对我国的相关法律制度逐步进行完善,以便更好地保护广大消费者的权益。
The advent of economic globalization can bring consumers lots of opportunities and at the same time it will challenge the legal protection of consumers.In the context of economic globalization,consumer protection laws appear to develop in some new directions.We must pay enough attention to the new development of consumer protection law and practices.Through mixing our own practices with foreign experience,we can gradually make the relative laws and institutions perfect so that we can better protect the rights and interests of consumers.
