摘要
本文将线性方程组应用于多组份导数光谱,以钨、钼的SFA—CTMAB体系同时测定了钨、钼。当W:Mo(质量比)在10:1~1:10之间,应用二阶导数测定的最高W量为4.0μg,Mo为2.0μg,应用四阶导数测定的最高量为W1.0μg,Mo为1.0μg;相对误差一般不超过±10%。测量波长应选择在单组份的峰值附近、零响应点及接近于零值附近的交叉处。灵敏度随阶数n的增大而增高。
A linear equation is applied in multicomponent derivative spectra. W and Mo are de termined simultaneously using SAF-CTMAB system, When W:Mo (mass ratio) is between 10:1—1:10, W quantity of determination with second-derivative is up to 4.0μg, Mo is 2.0μg; W quantity of determination with fourth derivative is up to 1.0μg, Mo is 1.0μg. The relative error is within ±10%. The measuring wavelengths should be selected near by the peak, on the zero response point or the intersect near the zero. The sensitivity will improve with the raise of the order(n).
