摘要
对塑解剂ＳＪ１０３在ＮＲ塑炼中的应用进行了试验。结果表明，使用塑解剂ＳＪ１０３能显著地缩短塑炼时间，提高生产效率，除胶料的焦烧时间缩短和帘布胶的Ｈ抽出力降低外，对胶料的其它性能无不良影响，而且能减少硫黄喷霜，改善混炼胶的自粘性和流动性。
A study was made on the application of peptizer SJ 103 to NR compound. The test results showed that the mastication time reduced significantly and the productivity increased by adding peptizer SJ 103 without adverse effect on the physical properties of the compound except for the shorter scorch time and the lower H pullout force of cord compound. In addition, the sulfur blooming decreased, the self tackness and the flow properties of compound improved.
