摘要
本文介绍了医院医学计量工作的具体做法:健全组织、建章立制、加强人才培养、完善管理机制等,形成了规范化、制度化、科学化的管理模式,使计量工作得以健康有序的发展,确保计量器具准确可靠的做法,针对存在问题,探讨了医院计量工作的对策。
The anthor introduced the practices of a sanatorium in medical metrological work. The main methods ineluded as follows： forming a standardized and institutionalized and scientific management model through sound organizations, establishing a new system, stepping up personnel training, improving the management mechanism. These will make metrological work healthy and order development. The author also discussed the problems and countermeasures on the metrological work of the sanatorium.
