摘要
通过对原钢丝隔离胶配方重新设计，研制出粘合性能好、工艺适应能力强、成本低的新钢丝隔离胶配方。具体配方为：ＮＲ６０；ＳＢＲ１５００４０；外胎再生胶８０；硫黄１７；促进剂１３；炭黑Ｎ６６０８０；改性硅铝炭黑１００；高芳烃油２３；Ｃ９石油树脂４。
A new bead wire insulation compound with better tackness and suitability for processing technology, and lower cost has been developed. The particular formula is as follows: NR 60, SBR1500 40, tire reclaim 80, sulfur 17, accelerator 1.3, N660 80, modified aluminum silicate 100, aromatic oil 23, C 9 petroleum hydrocarbon resin 4.
