摘要
医院人力资源危机管理是现代医院危机管理的重要环节。医院人力资源危机包括组织结构、规章制度、员工士气、人才流失、医德与忠诚度、学习培训、人身安全等危机。相应的对策是加强预警机制、修订制度留人、用发展吸引人才、把好选才关、构建良好的医院文化、提高员工的业务能力、降低员工的心理压力、加强与员工沟通等。唯有如此,医院才能变危机为机遇,从容应对挑战和保持医院可持续发展。
As a vital link of crisis management in modern hospitals, the crisis of human resources includes organization structure, rules and regulations, morale of staff, brain drain, and so on. Countermeasures as early-warning system, attracting talents with regula- tions and its development, fine culture construction and communication should be strengthened, which can be helpful to transform crisis into opportunities and gain sustainable development.
