摘要
介绍了国产聚酯帘线替代人造丝帘线作为１８５／７０Ｒ１３轿车子午线轮胎骨架材料的应用情况。通过配方、结构及工艺条件的调整，可使用聚酯帘线增强的子午线轮胎成品各项性能均达到标准要求，均匀性合格率上升到７８４％，外观光滑、挺性好、不易变形，轮胎外观合格率达到９９３％。
