摘要
PDEPS设计理论是在PDEP设计理论的基础上发展、完善而成的。用PDEPS设计理论可使轮胎设计进一步优化,从而改善轮胎的使用性能。PDEPS与PDEP设计理论的区别是:它在轮廓设计中把轮胎的预应力和动平衡轮廓两者有机地结合起来,深入地研究了轮胎的带束层、胎体和胎圈的压力分担率,在使其各部件充分发挥其作用的条件下。
The PDEP S design concept is developed on the basis of the PDEP design concept. The tire design is optimized further and the tire performance is improved with PDEP S. PDEP S is different from PDEP in that the prestress of tire is combined with the dynamically equilibrium contour by using the PDEP S design concept, and the pressure shares in belt, carcass and bead area are adequately considered to make them work perfectly resulting in optimized contour and improved performance.
