反应烧结透气性陶瓷-金属复合材料的相结构分析

XRD ANALYSIS OF REACTIVELY SINTERED GAS-PERMEABLE CERAMIC-METAL COMPOSITE

摘要 通过注浆成型,空气中反应烧结等工艺过程,制备了一种透气性Mulite-Fe2O3-Fe陶瓷-金属复合材料,运用XRD(高温及常温),TG-DTA等方法,考察了反应烧结过程中的相演变行为及冷至室温后试样心部至表面的相组成变化,对实验结果进行了热力学及动力学分析。 Mullite FeO Fe ceramic metal composite samples were prepared by slip casting the slurry consisting of mullite ,iron powders and hydrolysates of ethyl silicate,followed by sintering at air atmosphere. The TG-DTA experiments and elevated temperature XRD experiments were employed to investigate phase evolution behavior of samples during sintering at temperature ranging from 800 to 1250℃, and room temperature XRD experiments were employed to investigate phase distribution from the core to surface of sintered samples.The results demonstrated the phase components of the core were different from the surface.The phase transformation behavior was discussed thermodynamically and kinetically.
