摘要
在(NH4)2SO4水溶液中,以丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体原料、聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(PDMC)为稳定剂、2,2′-偶氮二[2-(2-咪唑啉-2-代)丙烷]二氢氯化物(VA-044)为引发剂,采用水分散聚合技术,合成了环境友好型聚丙烯酰胺;并探讨了单体、稳定剂、引发剂、无机盐用量和反应温度对水分散体系及聚合物相对分子质量的影响。结果表明,获得稳定水分散体系的较佳合成条件:AM、PDMC、VA-044和(NH4)2SO4的质量分数分别是10%、2.0%、0.05%和28%,反应温度55℃。此条件时得到聚合物相对分子质量7.43×106。
Polyacrylamide(PAM) was synthesized in the solution of ammonium sulfate using acrylamide (AM) as raw material, poly(methylacryloylxyethyl trimethy ammonium chloride) (PDMC) as stabilizer and 2,2′-azobis[2-(2-inidazolin-2-yl)- propane] dihydro chloride (VA-044) as initiator by aqueous dispersion polymerization. The effects of dosages of monomer, stabilizer, initiator, inorganic salt and reaction temperature on results of dispersion polymerization were investigated. The results indicated that the optimum concentrations of AM, PDMC, VA-044 and ammonium sulfate were 10%, 2.0%, 0.05% and 28 %respectively, and the optimum reaction temperature was 55 ℃. Polymer has a relative moleeuler weight of about 7.43 ×10^6 under above conditions.
