摘要
征信管理的基本职能是推动社会信用体系建设，进而完善我国的市场经济体系。但是，就目前我国征信业的发展现状来看，还存在着诸如征信数据的采集渠道不通畅、征信业的相关法律法规不健全等一系列的问题，因此，我们应加强政府引导和立法建设，积极推进我国征信业的发展和完善。
Drafts the letter management the basic function impels the social credit system construction,then consummates our country＇s market economy system. But,at present our country drafts the letter industry development present situation to look,but also exists such as drafts the letter data not not unobstructedly the gathering channel, drafts the Letter industry related law laws and regulations not perfect and so on a series of questions, therefore,we should strengthen the government guidance and the legislation construction,advances our country to draft the letter industry development and the consummation positively.
