摘要
超细氧化锌具有许多特殊的性能，应用范围很广。本文综述了国内外超细氧化锌的合成技术进展，简要讨论了超细氧化锌的分析测试技术，并指出在研究方面有待解决的问题。
Ultrafine ZnO particles have mary specific microscopic physical properties and a wide application.This papersummarized the developmentof techniques in producing ultrafine ZnO particles, discussed analysis and measurement techniques of ultrafine ZnO,and points out the problems in research ofultrafine ZnO particles in future.
