摘要
介绍了平面转弯皮带输送机在大功率、长运距、可伸缩皮带输送机上的应用。通过选择两种不同的驱动方式,即机头集中驱动和线摩擦多点驱动,进行理论分析,总结出各自的优点和缺点,并根据现场实际使用效果,得出重要结论:即针对该类需采用平面转弯机身的皮带输送机最好采用机头集中驱动的方式,对转弯处的张力和转弯半径相当有利。
This paper mainly introduces the implementation of belt conveyor on big power, long distance, plane swerve flexible trap of transporter. Through analyzing the two ways of driving, i.e. whether or not adoption friction driving, concludes the advantages and disadvantages of them according to the effect of actual installation, makes an important conclusion, that is, the belt conveyor should use the nose-driven manner, it's also good for the tense and radius of the curve areas.
