左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法静脉滴注头孢曲松钠4.0g,1次/d,左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液0.2g,2次/d,疗程5～10d。完成病例33例,观察治疗前后症状体征。结果治愈10例(30.3%)显效15例(45.5%)进步7例(21.2%)无效1例(3.0%),总有效率为96.7%;不良反应发生率为9.1%。结论左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效确切,不良反应少,可作为基层医疗机构社区获得性肺炎的经验治疗。
