摘要
目的建立HPLC法测华法林片的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为分离柱;流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(70:30:1);流速:1ml/min;检测波长308nm,以峰面积计算。结果线性范围:0.8~5.6μg/ml,r=0.9996。平均回收率为100.64%,RSD=1.11%,n=15。结论本法简便,快捷,结果准确,重现性好,可作为华法林片质量控制的有效方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method to measure the content of warfarin tablets. Methods A Diamonsil C18 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm)was used. The mobile phase was a mixture of 70% acetonitrile,30% water and 1% glacial acetic acid, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 308 nm. Results The linear calibration curves were obtained over the range 0. 8 μg/ml to 5.6 μg/ml of warfarin,r = 0. 999 6. The recovery of the assay was 100. 64% (n = 15 ). The coefficients of variation was 1.11%. Conclusion The method appeared to be simple, convenient and precise, and can be used for control of warfarin in tablets.
