介绍了涂料成膜树脂氯化橡胶的性能、用途及制备方法，指出我国70年代开发、生产的氯化橡胶产品、产量及质量均不适应现今市场的需求，迫切需要加强研究，改进生产工艺，提高产品质量。
An introduction of the performances, applications andmethods of preparation of chlorinated rubber. The authorpoints out that even chlorinated rubber was alreadydeveloped in seventies, but the quality of it and the amountof production cannot meet the requirements of domesticmarket. To strengthen the R and D, to modify themanufacturing process, and to improve the quality ofproduct are urgently needed.
