摘要
本文提出了一个将溶液中锡转变为锡烷,用硝酸银溶液吸收显色的微量锡的分光光度法。此方法操作简便、快速、精密度和准确度均较好。通过对纯金属、合金、岩矿和食品中锡的分析,取得了较好的结果。本方法是一个有较好应用前景的测定微量锡的新方法。
Tin (Ⅳ) is reduced with pellets of potassium borohydride in a medium of pH4.5 buffer to stannane (SnH_4) which is absorbed in silver salt solution. A colloidal silver is formed by the reaction between silver ion and SnH_4. The absorbance is measured at 415nm with molar absorptivity of 6.5×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) for tin. Beer's law is obeyed in the range 0.0 to 5.0μg of tin (Ⅳ). The main advantages of this method are simple, rapid, high sensitive and good reproducibility. The method has been applied to the analysis of pure metal, alloys, minerals and foods with satisfactory results.
