摘要
[目的]探索天麻复方降压胶囊中天麻素的鉴别及含量测定的方法。[方法]采用薄层色谱法鉴别处方中天麻,然后采用高效液相色谱法测定胶囊中天麻素的含量。[结果]天麻复方降压胶囊薄层色谱检出斑点清晰,专属性强;天麻复方降压胶囊中天麻素含量为6.91 mg/g。[结论]该方法操作简便、结果可靠、重现性好,可用于天麻复方降压胶囊的质量控制。
[Objective]The aim was to find the methods of identification and determination of gastrodin in Tianmafufangjiangya capsule. [Method]TLC method was used for the identification of Tianmafufangjiangya capsule, HPLC method was taken for determination of gastrodine in Tianmafufangjiangya capsule. [Result]The method used in TLC-qualitative analysis was sensitive with high specificity; the contents of gasteodin in Tianmafufangjiangya capsule was 6.91 mg/g. [ Conclusion] The method employed in this study was convenient and reliable with good repetition. It can be used for quality control in production of Tianmafufangjiangya capsule.
